The main reason for starting training was that I wanted to improve my body shape looking better and feeling healthier. Before starting training, I was seeing myself inn a bad shape with a very poor muscle condition and a too high body fat.

After working with Art, I can see myself in a shape that I have never seen, and I thought I would have never been capable to reach. I can see myself lean and with a compact body. I feel great and very satisfied.

Over the last couple of years, I’ve struggled with weight gain, motivation at the gym and sticking to my heathy diet. Having a sedentary job, I found myself gaining weight to a point where I no longer felt like myself.

After making a purchase, you can access the program through the members’ app. Simply visit the Programs page, select a plan, complete your payment, and then set up your app account by providing your personal information. Following this, we will begin creating your program.

Is the program the same every month?

No, the program changes every month. It involves adjustments like increasing weights, modifying exercises, and updating your meal plan to support ongoing progress and maintenance.

Is the program accessible worldwide?

Yes, it’s important to us that this program is accessible to people all around the world.

Is this program subscription-based?

You have the option of a monthly training program only or a comprehensive package that includes training, a diet plan, and coaching. The choice is entirely yours. Regardless of the option you choose, the programs are updated monthly with workouts and meals customised specifically for you, and you’ll receive ongoing support from myself and my team. The flexibility is that you are not committed to a long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time.

I'm a gym novice - is this program suitable for beginners?

The workout is completely customised to suit your unique goals. If you’re new to the gym, I’ve got you covered with a personalised program designed just for you. You can start with lighter weights that match your current fitness level and gradually progress from there.

How do I cancel?

To cancel your subscription, please send an email to [email protected] with a notice of at least 7 days to prevent any additional charges. Please be aware that canceling your subscription will result in the removal of all plans and support, and you will no longer have access to your app.
